From Friday 27th July 2026 the school will be bringing wraparound childcare in-house, and this will now be called Bee Club.
This is in replace of Happy Faces wraparound childcare, to register your child please email beeclub@cnrprimary.co.uk.
We provide a safe, caring and engaging environment where children can enjoy breakfast before school and spend quality time with friends after school. Our aim is to create a fun, nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to learn through play.

Children can enjoy, outdoor play, quiet activities, arts & craft, reading, board games, puzzles and Imaginative play.
Food and Drinks - Children will be offered a healthy breakfast. Breakfast options may include: Cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, drinks. After School Club options may include: Wraps with various fillings, waffles, fish fingers, beans on toast, pizza, pasta and fruit.

Booking and Payments
Places must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete this registration form.
Payments
All payments for Bee Club must be made through SCOPAY. (details to follow). Parents and carers will be able to view charges and make payments through their SCOPAY account. (details on how to access this to follow). Please ensure that all payments are complete by the end of each week. If you experience any difficulties with payments, please contact beeclub@cnrprimary.co.uk.
Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare
Bee Club accepts payment through approved childcare voucher schemes and Tax-Free Childcare, where applicable. If you wish to pay using childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare, please contact beeclub@cnrprimary.co.uk before making your first payment so that the correct arrangements can be put in place. Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time and that sufficient funds are available.
Arrival & Collection Procedures
Breakfast Club Arrival
Children attending Breakfast Club should arrive at the designated entrance and be signed in by a parent/carer where required. A register will be completed at every session to ensure all children are safely accounted for. At the end of Breakfast Club, children will be supported to transition safely into the school day.
After School Club Collection
Children attending After School Club will be collected from their classroom by Bee Club staff. Children will remain supervised until they are collected by an authorised adult. Children will only be released to:
Parents/carers
Adults named on the registration form
Individuals authorised by the parent/carer
If someone different is collecting your child, please inform Bee Club before collection. For safeguarding reasons, staff may request identification if they are unsure of a person's identity.
Late Collection Policy
We understand that occasionally unexpected delays can happen. If you are going to be late collecting your child, please contact Bee Club as soon as possible. If a child has not been collected at the agreed collection time, staff will:
Continue to supervise and reassure your child.
Attempt to contact parents/carers.
Contact emergency contacts if parents/carers cannot be reached.
Follow school safeguarding procedures if necessary.
A late collection charge may be applied where appropriate. Repeated late collections may result in a discussion with parents/carers and a review of the childcare arrangement.
Illness & Attendance 🤒
To protect all children and staff, children should not attend Bee Club if they are unwell. Please inform Bee Club if your child:
Has an infectious illness
Has a temperature
Requires medication
Has a change in medical needs
If your child becomes unwell during a session, parents/carers will be contacted.

Bee Club follows schools medication procedures.

Bee Club staff will work with families to support children’s individual needs.
Parents/carers must inform the school immediately if circumstances change.

The safety and wellbeing of children attending Bee Club is our highest priority.
Bee Club follows Chorley New Road Primary Academy Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures.
All staff:
Understand their safeguarding responsibilities.
Receive appropriate training.
Follow school procedures for reporting concerns.
Any concerns relating to a child’s welfare will be dealt with sensitively and appropriately. The clubs DSL is Ann Cleworth.
